Qigong for Menopause
Enjoy a 5-week Qigong program designed to help balance emotions, release past trauma, boost energy, relieve hot flashes and improve sleep. These weekly 30-40 minute classes are intended to release stagnant energy in the body, open the channels for improved flow of energy and enhance wellbeing and longevity.
